The Building Services Division is responsible for reviewing proposed construction plans, issuing permits, conducting inspections on construction projects, and investigating building code complaints. This division provides permitting and inspection services for the unincorporated areas of Liberty County, which include Hosford, Lake Mystic, Telogia, Estiffanulga, and Sumatra. Additionally, the Building Services Division oversees contractor licensing and address numbering.
