Building Department

The Building Services Division reviews proposed construction plans, issues permits, performs inspections on construction and investigates building code complaints. The Building Services Division provides permitting and inspection services for the unincorporated areas of Liberty County including, Hosford, Lake Mystic, Telogia, Estiffanulga, and Sumatra. The Building Services Division also oversees Contractor Licensing and Address Numbering.

Use the search bars at the top of the form to search for your property and your contractors.
Fill out all applicable information throughout the application.
